Good
The location of the hotel is near to the Kyoto Station and this is are very convenient to whoever travel at Kyoto. The rooms are clean. But it is quite sad that they have only one room comes with 2 single beds at each floor. Hope they can improve it so that we can have more choices if we visit/stay together with friends/family.
The location is near to the Kyoto Station, more restaurants and mall around that area.

Great Stay Near Kyoto Station
I really enjoyed my stay at HOTEL M's EST KYOTO STATION SOUTH. The location is fantastic just a short walk from Kyoto Station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto.
The only minor downside was that the bathtub was quite small.

Ok Stay for a few nights
The location is great and easy to find. The staff was very kind and professional.
The entrance into my room is very narrow. Otherwise, I don't have anything to complain.
